An original work incentive poster printed by company Charles Mather circa 1929. During the roaring twenties, Mather created over 300 of these images and sold poster subscriptions to business to motivate and encourage workers on factory floors and offices. The poster depicts a roaring lion and stoic tamer with a message to be tactful to watch what you say, and to watch you step!
