How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at SIR JACK’S is easy:

If you know what you are looking for, browse our Categories, such as 'NEW ARRIVALS', 'ACCESSORIES', links, etc.
Once you have found an item to purchase, select your size and use the 'ADD TO CART' button underneath the product description.
Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the 'VIEW CART' link at the top of the page. You can also add products to your Wish List or use the 'REMOVE' link below the item to delete the product from your shopping cart.
Click 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order

How do I create an account at SIR JACK’S?

To create an account, click ‘Create an Account’ at the top of the homepage. Make sure to fill out all required information, then click continue. By creating an account at SIR JACK’S, you can take advantage of member privileges and enhance your personal online shopping experience.

Some of these features include:

Shopping Cart - Products added added to your shopping cart will be saved until you remove or purchase them.
Address Book - Store multiple addresses in your account. We can deliver your products to addresses other than yours. This is perfect when sending gifts for birthdays, holidays, or any occasion directly to the person’s doorstep.
Order Status - Check and track the status of new orders.
Order History - Keep track of orders previously made with us.
Wish List - Need some new goods? Let your friends and family purchase it for you. Add the items to your Wish List and we’ll email it to whoever you’d like. It’s simple and ideal for creating holiday or birthday lists.

How do I view my account information?

How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?

As an authorized original distributor for all of the products we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% genuine and authentic.

What payment methods does SIR JACK’S accept?

We accept a large number of credit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club. In addition, we accept online payments through PayPal®. We also sell Gift Certificates which are redeemable through our website at checkout.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at SIR JACK’S?

At SIR JACK’S, your personal online security is of principal importance to us. We use a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your billing details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through our secure checkout system. For your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on record with your credit card company.

Can I purchase a gift and include a note or card to accompany the shipment?

Most certainly. We specialize in luxury gifts and have a diverse selection of both personal and corporate gift items. If you would like to include a personalized note or card included with any gift order simply enter the details in the order comments section when you checkout online.

Is it possible to include a gift receipt absent of pricing information with an order?

Yes. By default all order packing slips & invoices have obscured pricing. When placing an order online or via telephone only the email address associated with the billing address contact details will receive an email order confirmation inclusive of detailed pricing. Rest assured that all pricing information will remain confidential from orders shipped to gift recipients.

What is the difference between the shipping and billing address?

The billing address is the address associated with your credit card - it is used to verify your credit card information. Your billing address is where you receive your bank statement for the credit card. The billing address must match the address that your credit card company has on file. The shipping address is where you want your items delivered. This can be the same as your billing address or different.

Which countries does SIR JACK’S ship to?

SIR JACK’S ships to both United States domestic and international addresses for purchases made through the website. We are pleased to offer international shipping via FedEx. Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on the item(s) you wish to purchase and the selected international shipping option.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

We are required by law to charge sales tax for purchases made within the state of Massachusetts. If you live outside of Massachusetts, then you will not be charged sales tax.

For international orders, please note that any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of your order.

Does SIR JACK’S ship to multiple addresses?

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact the Customer Assistance representatives for immediate support.

How quickly can I get my order and how much will it cost?

All U.S. domestic orders will be delivered by FedEx from 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday and all international orders will be delivered by FedEx from 9-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment processing approval and authorization.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from SIR JACK’S to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Upon arrival, we ask that you immediately inspect your box for damage. In the rare instance that your shipment has been damaged in transit we recommend that you (a) refuse deliver; or (b) note when signing for the package that you are accepting a damaged box.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. Due to the high value of the goods we stock, we require proof of delivery via signature for all orders. Therefore, we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature of the intended recipient.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment for delivery. Therefore, please ensure you provide the proper shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I add / cancel items in an existing order?

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like to add additional item(s) create a new order online and checkout at your convenience. Please note, due to the highly automated nature of our ordering systems, once an order has been processed, no cancellations can made.

How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will automatically be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be charged when your order ships. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, you will receive an email from our Customer Assistance team and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

How do I view my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification letting you know your order is on its way. If your order is eligible for tracking, this email will also include a tracking number and a link to which you may view the shipment status of your order. You may also log into your account to obtain the delivery tracking information.

Where is my order? (Where can I find my tracking number)

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, SIR JACK’S is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

Tracking numbers are available once your order has shipped. Not all orders are able to be tracked. If tracking information is available, we will email it to you once your order has shipped. You may also log into your account to obtain the tracking information.

Shipping costs vary by several factors including location, weight, dimensions, and shipping method. To determine the shipping costs, simply add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and strictly confidential and at no point will we trade or sell this data.

To register an account at SIR JACK’S, we will need your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

What is a Wish List?

By adding products that you want into your Wish List, you can organize them into different lists and then shop them whenever you want. Additionally, you have the added benefit of sharing your Wish Lists with others; perfect for birthday or holiday gifts.

How do I create a Wish List?

To create a Wish List you will need to be registered and signed in your account at SIR JACK’S. When browsing, the website items added to your cart will remain in your Wish List. To view and manage your Wish List, sign into your account at SIR JACK’S and click the link entitled Wish List found at the vertical navigation bar.

Can I share my Wish List?

Yes. Once you register an account at SIR JACK’S you have the ability to send your Wish List to others and include a personalized message. Additionally, you can create multiple Wish Lists to share with different recipients.
