Return Policy

We hope you will be totally satisfied with your purchase from SIR JACK'S. We are constantly striving to provide our customers with the information they need to make informed online purchases, yet realize there is no substitute for experiencing products first hand. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.


14 Day Return Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return most items to us within 14 days of delivery in it's original, unused condition for a full refund of the product price.

Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your order if the merchandise is in its original, unused, and sellable condition. Returns received after the 14 day period are not accepted.

 

Returns Procedure

Please complete and include our Return Form (click here) with your securely wrapped package and send it to:

For your protection, please make a copy of your completed form for your records and ship your package to us via a carrier offering package tracking technology, such as FedEx or UPS.

Please wrap your parcel securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We recommend that you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the shipping carrier.

 

Important Notes:

A completed Return Form (or other document including all of the requested information below) must accompany your return.

Upon receipt, refund will be applied to the original form of payment
We will only refund the original shipping and non-expedited return shipping costs if the return is a result of our shipping error
Orders that shipped FREE will be deducted the original shipping costs unless it was a result of our shipping error
To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging including all labels and tags
Please allow 10-14 business days for the full processing of your return.

 

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you would prefer an alternative product, size, style, or color — please place another order online for the item you need.

 

Non-Returnable Items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
All Vintage, Antique, Artwork, Collectible items are final sale and ineligible for a return or refund. 
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery dispatch
Clearance sale items marked down more than 20%
Any article of clothing or clothing accessory that has been worn, altered, or cleaned
Any item that has been embroidered, monogrammed, engraved, or debossed
Any grooming products. In accordance with Massachusetts state law, we are prohibited from accepting returns for any grooming products
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts or the manufacturers box
Any product missing the serial number or UPC
All international orders are final sale and non-returnable.
