Vintage Napier Sterling Cocktail Stirrer & Spirit Measure

A fine and rate vintage combination bartender's cocktail spoon stirrer and spirits measure. Manufactured by American silversmith the Napier Company of Meriden, Connecticut. Purposefully designed with a flat spoon head for both muddling and mixing cocktails. Excellent condition.
