Vintage Broadmoor Hotel Ashtray
A refined relic from one of America’s most celebrated five-star resorts, this vintage ashtray originates from The Broadmoor—long synonymous with impeccable service, old-world glamour, and Rocky Mountain grandeur.
Executed in fine glazed porcelain, the piece is distinguished by its sculptural, architectural profile: a raised square column emerging from a softly contoured rectangular tray. Both are finished in a lustrous ivory glaze and elegantly framed with hand-applied gilt trim. The Broadmoor’s iconic crest—an ornate “B” encircled by laurel—appears in delicate gold, an understated mark of prestige befitting a property of its stature.
Originally intended for in-room or lounge use, the central column features a top well and side aperture, designed for matches or cigarettes, while the surrounding tray offers a generous catch-all surface. Today, it transcends its utilitarian purpose—equally compelling as a desk accessory, valet tray, or decorative accent.
