A vintage silver-plated bar tool set manufactured by British silversmith P.H. Vogel & Co. of Birmingham, England. A marble base connected to silver column holds six bakelite cherry form cocktail picks, a wine corkscrew, bottle opener, and miniature tankards for measuring cocktail ingredients. Excellent condition.
