A fine art deco antique silver-plated cocktail spoon & mechanical spirits jigger manufactured in the early 20th century by the Napier Company. Features a stepped design with liquid measuring intervals. When pressing down on the jigger, it allows the liquid to quickly escape down the spoon. A wonderful gift for the mixologist.
