Measure cocktail ingredients judiciously. A silver-plated gavel spirits measure in the form of a gavel with a wooden handle. Manufactured by the Napier Company circa mid-century. One side of the measuring cup features graduated liquid measuring intervals from one to three ounces, the opposing side has a two ounce capacity. Excellent condition.
