Jackson Cannon Bar Saw

A bar saw knife of superlative quality and function; developed by celebrated Boston mixologist Jackson Cannon bar director and owner of Boston's Hawthorne cocktail lounge. Manufactured by R.Murphy knives, the high-carbon stainless steel notched razor sharp edge blade. The full-tang blade construction is paired with a tropical cocobolo wood handle secured by three brass rivets.

Purposefully designed to efficiently cut large citrus and thick skinned fruits with ease, including pineapple, cantaloupe, grapefruit and much more.
