An exceptional silver-plated tilting wine bottle pourer and decanting cradle manufactured by British silversmith Arnold E. Williams of Birmingham, England circa 1920s. Dual ribbed stand frame with adjustable holder to accommodate a variety fine wine and port bottle shapes. Excellent condition.
