British Navy Grog Rum Barrel Tub

A large coopered oak and brass rum 'grog' barrel made for Royal British Navy circa 20th century. Designed to store the daily rum 'tot' ration provided to British sailors onboard Navy ships. Features oak stave construction with brass knurled acorn finial, coopered bands, cooped bands, mounted lettering 'The Queen God Bless Her." Excellent condition
