Benson & Clegg products have been made in England and created by craftsmen following a tradition of artistry and excellence established in the 18th century. Each individual button is hand finished. Many of the designs are cast with a 'dead gilt and burnish' finish in which the rim of the button is burnished to stand out whilst the background is dulled.
